Choose a car in the catalog, click “Apply online” and register (phone and password). Then fill in a short form and upload photos of your documents – anything not ready can be added later. After you submit, a manager checks the documents and takes the application forward, and you can see the status in your account.

The list and hints with examples are right in the application. The essentials: ID, passport, payslip (Lohnabrechnung), Meldebescheinigung, rental contract and IBAN.

Indicatively from 5.99% to 8.99% per year. The bank makes the final decision and sets the rate individually, taking into account credit history and Schufa, type of documents, price of the car, housing costs, monthly income, minor children, loans at other banks. The calculator on the site gives only an indicative estimate.

Log in to your account – you will see all steps from collecting documents to receiving the car, as well as the contract signing and handover dates once they are set.

Write to us on WhatsApp from the “Forgot your password?” page. A manager will verify it's you and issue a temporary password – after logging in the system will ask you to set your own. Nobody, including managers, can see your password.

Documents are stored on a server in the EU in encrypted form, only employees have access, and every view is logged. You can download your data or delete your account in your profile. Details are in the privacy policy.

Yes. Each car is a separate application. Documents for a new application have to be uploaded separately.

Yes, the catalog has cars without financing, including the “Export & B2B” section. Write to a manager on WhatsApp from the car page.

Register, open “Sell your car”, and add the details and photos. After a manager's review, your listing will appear in the “Cars from customers” section. Your phone number is not shown publicly.
